Warranty Policy Terms The warranty policy for cooling fans generally includes the following key conditions:
1. Warranty Period: The warranty period depends on the manufacturer. Refer to the quotation or order details for specific warranty durations. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or installation of the device.
2. Warranty Coverage: Applies only to manufacturer defects (component or technical faults). Warranty does not cover damage caused by user mishandling, such as dropping, misuse resulting in fire or explosion, or damage due to natural disasters or uncontrollable events.
3. Valid Warranty Conditions: The fan must be within the warranty period. The fan must not have been tampered with by third parties or repaired by unauthorized service providers. A warranty card or purchase invoice must be presented when requesting warranty service. The device must have been used properly and according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Warranty Coverage for Parts: Components such as the motor, control panel, and electronic parts are typically covered under warranty. Naturally wearing parts, such as fan blades, LED lights, and wiring, are usually excluded or covered under specific conditions.
5. Warranty Process: Customers should contact the authorized service center or the official distributor. Depending on the policy, the product may be repaired on-site or sent to the service center.
+ For small residential fans: On-site warranty service is available for 1 year if installed by the company (applicable in HCMC and Hanoi). No on-site warranty is offered for purchases made through distributors.
+ For large industrial fans: A 1-year installation warranty is provided if installed by the company (applicable nationwide). Warranty inspections exclude costs for disassembly, renting lifting equipment/scaffolding, etc. Beyond warranty cases: Maintenance services are available at the company's minimum service fee: Residential fans (small size): 550,000 VND per service. Industrial fans (large size): 5,500,000 VND per service.
